Terms of Service
Last updated: March 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Client", "you") and Real Hunt Me and its US representative Nimrod Hunting Tours (collectively "we", "us", "the Outfitter") when you book, participate in, or inquire about hunting expeditions through our website realhunt.me or through Nimrod Hunting Tours at nimrodhuntingtours.com.
1. Services Provided
Real Hunt Me organizes and operates guided hunting expeditions in Russia, specializing in high-mountain species including Caucasian Tur (West, Mid, and Eastern subspecies) and Yakutian Snow Sheep. Our services include:
- Professional hunting guides with local territorial expertise
- Hunting permits and government licenses
- Accommodation during the expedition (camps, lodges, or fly camps as applicable)
- In-country transportation and transfers as specified in each package
- Meal preparation during hunting days
- Trophy field preparation and initial processing
- Visa invitation letters and documentation support (where included in the package)
The specific inclusions and exclusions for each expedition are detailed in the individual package description and booking confirmation.
2. Booking & Agreement
A booking is considered confirmed when the Client has submitted a signed booking form (or email confirmation) and paid the required deposit as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
By confirming a booking, the Client agrees to these Terms, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the specific conditions of the booked expedition package.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Holding a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity at time of travel
- Obtaining a Russian visa (we provide invitation letters and guidance)
- Holding a valid hunting license from their country of residence
- Declaring all firearms and ammunition at customs in compliance with Russian import regulations
- Obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance covering high-altitude activities and emergency evacuation
- Maintaining adequate physical fitness for the chosen expedition (high-mountain hunts require cardiovascular endurance and ability to operate at altitudes up to 4,200 meters)
- Disclosing any medical conditions, physical limitations, or medications that may affect participation
- Complying with all local laws, hunting regulations, and the instructions of guides during the expedition
4. Health & Physical Requirements
High-mountain hunting expeditions involve significant physical demands including steep terrain, high altitude, extreme weather conditions, and remote locations far from medical facilities. By booking, the Client confirms that they are in adequate physical condition to participate safely.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation if, in the professional judgment of our guides, the Client's physical condition poses a safety risk to themselves or others. In such cases, standard cancellation terms apply.
We accommodate hunters with physical limitations or advanced age by adapting routes, pace, and extensively using horses. Please inform us of any limitations at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.
5. Firearms & Equipment
Clients are responsible for transporting their own firearms and ammunition in compliance with all international and Russian regulations. We provide guidance on the documentation required, including:
- Russian firearms import permit (processed with your visa invitation)
- Airline firearms declaration and transport requirements
- Customs declarations upon arrival and departure
We recommend flat-shooting magnum calibers (.300 WM, .338 WM, 7mm RM) suitable for shots at 200–500 meters in mountain terrain. Rental firearms may be available upon request at an additional cost.
6. Hunting Success & No Guarantee of Harvest
While we maintain industry-leading success rates (99% shot effectiveness, 100% localization of target species in recent seasons), hunting is an inherently unpredictable activity influenced by weather, animal behavior, terrain conditions, and the Client's shooting ability.
We do not guarantee the harvest of any animal. No refunds or discounts are provided for unsuccessful hunts where the Outfitter has fulfilled all obligations including guide services, territory access, logistics, and reasonable effort to locate target species.
7. Trophy Export & Documentation
Trophy field preparation is included in all packages. The Client is responsible for:
- CITES permits (Appendix II) for applicable species
- Veterinary and phytosanitary certificates required for export
- Shipping costs from Russia to the Client's home country
- Import permits and customs duties in the destination country
We provide guidance and assistance with all trophy export documentation. Processing typically requires additional days in Moscow. We advise clients to factor this into their travel plans.
8. Liability & Assumption of Risk
The Client acknowledges that hunting in remote mountain environments involves inherent risks including but not limited to: falls, altitude sickness, hypothermia, equipment failure, animal encounters, and limited access to medical care.
By participating, the Client voluntarily assumes these risks and agrees that Real Hunt Me and Nimrod Hunting Tours, their guides, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss arising from participation in the expedition, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Outfitter.
Clients may be asked to sign a separate liability waiver before the expedition commences.
9. Photography & Media
We may photograph or film during expeditions for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating, the Client grants Real Hunt Me permission to use images and footage from the expedition in marketing materials, website content, and social media, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the expedition.
Trophy photographs featuring the Client will not be used in public marketing without the Client's prior consent.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Real Hunt Me website, including text, images, logos, page designs, and code, is the property of Real Hunt Me and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
We may recommend or arrange third-party services such as international flights, hotels, visa processing agencies, and taxidermists. These services are provided by independent parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Real Hunt Me is not liable for the performance, delays, or failures of third-party providers.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, armed conflict, government actions, travel bans, pandemic restrictions, extreme weather, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the provisions of our Cancellation & Refund Policy Section 5 apply.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, without prejudice to applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
