Cancellation & Refund Policy

Real Hunt Me and its US representative Nimrod Hunting Tours understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, modifications, and refunds for all hunting expeditions booked through our services.
1. Booking & Deposit
To confirm an expedition booking, a deposit of 30% of the total package price is required. This deposit secures your dates, hunting permits, guide assignments, and logistical arrangements.
The deposit is non-refundable except in cases where Real Hunt Me cancels the expedition (see Section 5).
2. Payment Schedule
The standard payment schedule for all expeditions is as follows:

3. Cancellation by the Client
If you need to cancel your expedition, the following refund schedule applies based on the notice period before the scheduled departure date:

| 60–89 days before departure | 25% of total payments made |

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@realhunt.me or Office@nimrodhuntingtours.com.
4. Rescheduling & Date Changes
We understand that circumstances change. Subject to availability:
- Date changes requested more than 90 days before departure can be accommodated at no additional cost (one change per booking)
- Date changes requested 60–90 days before departure are subject to a rebooking fee of $500 USD
- Date changes requested less than 60 days before departure are treated as a cancellation and rebooking
Rescheduled expeditions must take place within 12 months of the original booking date.
5. Cancellation by Real Hunt Me
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an expedition due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions that compromise safety
- Government-imposed travel restrictions or hunting bans
- Visa denial by Russian authorities
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, armed conflict, pandemic restrictions)
If Real Hunt Me cancels the expedition, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no additional cost.
6. Unsuccessful Hunt
Hunting is an inherently unpredictable activity. While our success rates are among the highest in the industry (99% shot effectiveness), we cannot guarantee a harvest. No refunds are provided for unsuccessful hunts where the outfitter has fulfilled all obligations (guide services, territory access, logistics, and reasonable effort to locate target species).
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel and trip cancellation insurance before departure. This should cover:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical evacuation from remote areas
- Emergency medical treatment
- Lost or delayed baggage and equipment
Real Hunt Me is not responsible for costs arising from flight delays, lost baggage, medical emergencies, or other events outside the scope of the expedition itself.
8. Trophy Fees & Additional Costs
Trophy fees, where applicable, are separate from the expedition package price and are non-refundable once the animal has been harvested. Additional costs incurred during the expedition (extra days, additional species, helicopter transfers not included in the original package) are billed separately and payable before departure from the hunting area.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Spain, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
