Complete your Capra World Slam in a single trip. We combine the Kuban Tur, Mid-Caucasian Tur, and Dagestan Tur hunts with our own logistics across all three Caucasus regions. We are the only company with proprietary bases in all three republics — no middlemen, seamless experience.
Organizing multiple trips to the Caucasus over different years entails significant logistical and economic strain (multiple flights, visas, firearm imports, and repeated acclimatization periods). Our Caucasus Grand Slam program unifies the experience for Safari Club International (SCI) members and aspirants of the coveted Capra World Slam.
* Note: The difficulty of a combined expedition is extreme. High physical and psychological endurance is required for prolonged stays (10 to 14 days) in the high mountains, although the use of our Caucasian horses minimizes fatigue during ascents.
Our routes have been tested and perfected to guarantee smooth transitions between the different republics of the mountain range.
The most popular combination. It takes place at the intersection of the central and western parts of the range, moving from the foothills of Mount Elbrus to the steep terrain of the Western Caucasus.
We start at the Elbrus base camp (Kabardino-Balkaria). Once the Mid-Caucasian Tur is harvested, we descend the mountain and make a comfortable 4x4 overland transfer (only 2–3 hours) directly to the hunting grounds of Karachay-Cherkessia (Kuban Tur).
Recommended duration: 10 days total.
Savings: Avoid lost days on domestic flights.
View Kuban Tur View Mid-Caucasian TurThe perfect morphological contrast: moving from the intermediate horns of the central region to the massive and unique cylindrical shape of the Dagestan Tur (Eastern Caucasian Tur).
We start hunting in the Mid-Caucasian Tur mountains. After a successful hunt and a well-deserved rest, we carry out an interregional overland transfer (5–6 hours) across the Caucasus to the steep rocky canyons of the Republic of Dagestan.
Recommended duration: 10 to 12 days total.
Difficulty: High technical demand during the Dagestan leg.
View Dagestan Tur View Mid-Caucasian TurAn epic journey across the entire Caucasus range, reserved for the most experienced hunters. Kuban Tur, Mid-Caucasian Tur, and Dagestan Tur in a single expedition.
A carefully plotted route from West to East (or vice versa, depending on the weather forecast). Our team manages the rotation of horses, supplies, and permits across the three republics simultaneously, ensuring you only focus on the hunt.
Recommended duration: Minimum 14 days total.
Result: Complete finalization of the species for the Capra World Slam in a single trip.

* By booking a combo, you save significantly compared to booking individual expeditions, in addition to avoiding the high costs of additional international flights, visas, and firearm import fees in separate years.

No. All three regions (Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria, and Dagestan) belong to the Russian Federation. A single electronic visa covers the entire combined expedition.
Once the first trophy is harvested, we head down to the city, take a hot shower, sleep in a comfortable hotel, and the next day we transfer in our comfortable 4x4 vehicles to the next republic. There is no need to take tedious domestic flights.
This is the great advantage of the combo. If luck and weather permit, we advance the transfer to the next camp immediately. Our entire team in the other region is on standby and ready to welcome you earlier than expected, maximizing your effective hunting days for the second trophy.
Our logistics are flexible. Because we own all the hunting grounds involved in the Grand Slam, our CEO Marat adjusts the days on the fly, allocating more time to the species that presents the greatest difficulty based on real-time weather conditions.
Absolutely. When you book a combined expedition, we immediately block and acquire the government licenses in your name in the corresponding republics for the exact dates of your trip.
For all 3 turs, a flat-trajectory caliber (.300 Win Mag) or .338 Lapua Mag is recommended. Optics should include a minimum 3-18x50 scope and an angle-compensating rangefinder (mandatory). As for clothing, a layering system (merino wool, fleece, down, Gore-Tex) and stiff mountain boots (Vibram) are essential. A basic first aid kit with loperamide and ibuprofen is crucial due to the changes in altitude and diet between republics.
Following the principles of "Fair Chase", if a blood trail is found after a shot authorized by the guide ("OK"), the trophy is considered harvested (100% payment). Our guides will conduct an exhaustive search for the wounded animal before considering moving on to the next republic. Shooting without direct confirmation from the guide terminates the hunt for that specific species, and the trophy fee must still be paid.
In the event of a clean miss, where the guide confirms there is no blood trail, we will continue hunting that species for the remaining time allocated at that camp before the scheduled transfer. If severe weather prevents harvesting one of the combo trophies, you have the option to return at a later date paying only room and board for the remaining species, or a proportional refund (35%) of the unharvested trophy will be issued.
"Outstanding organization. We hunted 3 turs in a single trip and practically in the same area. The guides' work, territory preparation, and Real Hunt's management speak for themselves. I'll definitely be back."
Jorge Madrazo · Spain · 2025"I hunted the Mid Tur and Dagestan combo. The logistics between republics were perfect. A hot shower midway and the next day at the other camp. Highly recommended."
Augusto Palamar · Argentina · 2024"The ultimate challenge. Doing two turs back-to-back demands a lot, but the time savings are massive and being already acclimated for the second trophy is the key."
Klaus W. · Bavaria, Germany · 2024While other agencies subcontract parts of the combo to third parties, we manage our own hunting grounds in Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria, and Dagestan, guaranteeing the same standard of quality from start to finish.
Our CEO personally oversees the interregional routes. At the slightest weather setback in one zone, he can relocate teams and change the order of the trip within hours.
All combined expeditions in 2025 concluded with the successful location of all target species on the journey.
Privacy guaranteed. You will negotiate your expedition directly with Marat and the mountain team — no middlemen, no agencies.
